Part of our charter is to continually search for machinery and chemicals that improve our capacity to move towards a non-invasive and as ‘Green’ cleaning solution every time.
To protect and enhance the environment, we ensure the following guidelines are adhered to through staff training and agreements which incorporate:
a) The correct use and storage of all chemicals, fuels and equipment
b) The safe disposal of waste through effective and sustainable technologies.
c) The recycling of all waste material where possible.
d) The exclusive use of proper methods of infectious waste material disposal.
e) The regular review of every environment and the above procedures.
Truly Magical Commercial Services Pty Ltd regularly updates the standards we use for operations to comply with all variations in environmental laws and regulations. Should any concerns arise relating to any environmental issue, we will prepare a full report into the matter for the customer and implement any required action to avoid future concerns.
Prior to the implementation of any new or altered procedure, a review of any possible environmental impact will be made.
All Supervisors, Leading Hands and Supervisors in charge of job specifications are to be held responsible for the following practices:
a) Recognizing circumstances that may cause injury to fellow personnel, customers, tenants, the public or the environment and implementing action to avoid an occurrence.
b) Investigate and give an account to Truly Magical Commercial Services to be passed on to the Customer of any potential risk to the environment and the work site.
c) Provide a regular report on the viability of the site from an environmental or public risk perspective.
